The FTVWA is committed to upholding the highest standards of duty of care, mental health, and well-being for contributors, staff, and crew in the film and television industry.
As industry leaders, we recognise the critical challenges related to welfare and the significant impact these issues have on mental health. Our goal is to deliver a comprehensive, in-depth, and collaborative approach to addressing these concerns.
We are passionate about advancing welfare practices and are focused on implementing gold-standard, sustainable welfare measures that will benefit production companies, networks, and broadcasters.
