In 2024 The Looking Glass Industry Survey conducted by the
Film and TV Charity uncovered a continued decline in mental health
with stark and concerning statistics:

We are passionate about improving the welfare landscape and are focused on introducing gold standard and sustainable welfare measures to serve production companies, networks and broadcasters.
We are currently conducting extensive research across the industry to better understand the barriers that employers and employees face in accessing proper support and resources.
